As co-founder of PVA - Property Value Analysis Inc, Kelsi loves helping commercial and residential property owners and real estate investors manage their property taxes wiser and much more efficiently.

Kelsi grew PVA from a small home business offering only property tax abatement, to a (almost-bustling) corporation, based out of beautiful Cape Cod, Massachusetts.  Aside from offering property tax abatement, Kelsi has grown PVA's repertoire to a wide range of every service possible that a property owner needs to be successful in their real investment.

Before PVA, Kelsi worked various jobs in accounting, working her way up to management.  A real property should be managed similarly to a business, and Kelsi took that and ran with it to become New England's leading property tax management firm.  Her goal for PVA is to expand the company into the nation's leading property tax management firm.

Kelsi's love of sewing, being creative and goal to help everyone express themselves and their unique style, inspired her to create her own lifestyle line.  Through a series of sleepless nights and fun sketch times, Mood Bird Boutique was born.  As a professed lover of handbags and skincare, Kelsi noticed that it was difficult for her to find accessories that truly matched her style.  She would constantly think, "that would be adorable if it were in this color" or "if that were a tad bit larger, I would be all over that." Knowing she was not the only one feeling this way, she created her own line that not only allowed her to express her creativity, but her customers' inner artist as well.

Kelsi lives and works in Cape Cod, Massachusetts and also divides her time between Maryland and Hawaii.  She is a CPA, IRS Enrolled Agent and holds an MBA in Accounting Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management.  She is an active member of the Cape Cod Young Professionals as well as the Boston Chamber of Commerce.

In her free time (if she has any), Kelsi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking and baking, sewing, making her own soaps and skincare and caring for her 5 cats and her Pomeranian, Chippi.
